Rest – you have been working hard and now it is time to stop and let your body and mind rejuvenate. Be gentle on yourself and schedule in some rest time without interruptions. Pushing too hard can lead to stress on your nervous system and you experience burn out in both mind and body. It can then lead to disease in the body. Plan for a retreat, break or holiday. Read, relax or just do nothing. Regather your strength and allow your mind to clear and regain focus.
