Intuition is a very important and useful skill that we all possess, though some of us don’t use this ability to its full potential. If you haven’t already read my article on Supercharging your Intuition, click here.
Another facet of intuition which I haven’t yet touched on is Psychometry. This the seeing through touch.
The easiest way to use this kind of intuition is to hold an item that belongs to the person you are tuning into (for example, a piece of jewellery or clothing), and see the energy around them.
When you connect with the correct energy, you can then ask questions to help establish that you are on the right track, eg; did this person like this item? Is this person married? Or, perhaps you have a sensation somewhere in your body, and you could ask if that person had something similar going on in their body? The more questions you ask in the beginning, the more confident you will be that you are on track. Allow what comes to the surface and trust that you are being guided. This is the first level of psychometry. The second level is about other people that come in around that person.
Tip: it is best that once you have a connection, you put the item down that you are holding and continue.
Holding a business card is a similar approach, and you can usually get a very good indication as to whether you are in harmony with this person’s energy, and if you are able to work together.
Another great reading to try is flower reading. Flowers help us connect to the earth realm and the earth animals, fairies, elves, the forest, and many other realms. This energy is also interesting as it can guide you in health, healthy foods, oils, minerals and vitamins with practice.
I find that if you sit with the flower in your hand throughout meditation and use visualisation to enhance your journey, you will be surprised at the outcome.
